Alexandro G Silva, founder and COO of Lean Construction USA, started his activities in civil construction at just 9 years old, where he went to the works with his father who was a mason in Brazil.

For a long time he worked as a helper and later he did everything in a small building, later he focused his attention on studies in this area, graduating as a technician in buildings from ETMSL.

He worked in the city hall of his municipality in the secretary of works and public development, realizing that in construction there were many waste, since a third more materials were used in the works than was due, not to mention losses due to ineffective flows, there was a need to study construction processes, which is why it became involved in studies of operational efficiency.

Concluding his graduation in industrial engineering from the Kennedy School of Engineering in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, he was awarded the first prize among the graduates of that year, 2015.

As an intern in medium and large companies, he developed projects with earnings greater than 1, 6 million annually, with its scientific articles, books and e-books recognized by Federal Universities such as UFPR, a pioneer in studies on productive efficiency, such as other colleges and institutions.
